Saturday 13th - Sunday 14th March
Please be ready for warmup at 7am

SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM 9-11.30am
Training sessions and activities run each weekday of the school holidays between 9 - 11.30am.
Available to all members U8-14.
Participants need to bring running shoes, shorts, water bottle, swimming costumes,
wetsuit if needed and training board if owned.

BIKE RIDE 9-11am
Meet at Southport SLSC 9am
Bike ride to the Spit for a swim. Bring Bike/helmet, shoes, cosies/towel and water
